OUR STORY
Born from a deep love for healing through food, Le Juice was founded by Melissa Opatik—a lifelong wellness enthusiast who believes in the power of plants, people, and purpose.
Opatik first fell in love with juicing while working at Whole Foods in college. That passion, combined with a life dedicated to clean living, serving others, and building community, evolved into a vision much bigger than a juice bar.
This became a mission fulfilled by the values woven through the tapestry as a wife, mother, daughter and entrepreneur.
